Local communities actively shape the economic life conditions, act as subjects of entrepreneurial activity, and vigorously participate in international competition. The task of state authorities and local self-government bodies is to adapt local economic systems to modern economic activity conditions and new standards for the production facilities placement. The results of this research are of significant value for the educational process and academic work at the Institute. This will allow for the practical case studies inclusion into the subjects syllabus illustrating the territorial communities management, business adaptation to modern challenges, budget decentralization, and the digital technologies usage. Students will be able to model solutions for real territorial communities, analyze the challenges of globalization and digitalization while applying the generated tools. The results of the research work also hold potential for the educational process internationalization, as they open opportunities for involving international partners into academic work. Specifically, global approaches to community management can be used as examples for students within the framework of international educational projects. Thus, the research outcomes will contribute to integrating modern scientific advancements into the educational process, enhancing the practical value of education, and shaping students into highly qualified specialists capable of solving real-world management tasks under contemporary challenges.
