AGRO-LANDSCAPE, SOCIO-ECOSYSTEM, ECOSYSTEM SERVICES, MONITORING, CONCEPTUAL MODEL, STAKEHOLDERS, MANAGEMENT Research Object – ecosystem services (ES) in agro-landscapes under intensified destructive impacts. Aim of the Study – to develop a methodological framework for adaptive spatial, multi-layered, and multi-scale monitoring of ES that will encompass the variability of social ecological systems in agro-landscapes with different physical properties, considering the impact of both social and ecological factors. Methods: Bioecological, geoinformational, socio-ecological, mathematical, statistical. An interdisciplinary approach was used, combining the analysis of landscape physical properties with social and ecological change models. A conceptual model of adaptive ES monitoring was developed, taking into account the interaction between ecological and social subsystems, the hierarchy of organizational levels, and various types of connections. A system of scalable ES indicators was proposed for monitoring key nodes and processes in socio-ecosystems, considering territorially determined ES and those provided by mobile agents. Special attention was given to the implementation of participatory approaches at all stages of the research. The developed methodology proved highly effective in identifying significant ecological and social interrelations, enabling accurate predictions and the development of strategies for sustainable territorial development. Significant advantages were found in integrating local knowledge into monitoring and decision-making processes. This methodology can be adapted and applied for ES monitoring in other types of landscapes and for studying other ecological problems with a social context. Outcomes: 2 dissertations, 2 author's certificates, 8 articles in Scopus (Q1-Q2), foreign and domestic monographs, a textbook, 17 articles in Ukrainian professional journals, 10 conference abstracts Product Description popup.authors Volkov Roman A.
