Crises that disrupt the normal course of social life have the greatest impact on the most vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities, internally displaced persons, the elderly, children and other marginalised groups. Inclusion, as a concept of equal access to social, economic and cultural resources, is becoming an important tool for maintaining social cohesion. At the same time, transformational social innovations, which involve innovative approaches to solving social problems, can ensure rapid adaptation of society to changes, promote sustainable development and strengthen social justice. This topic is of particular importance for Ukraine, which is experiencing the consequences of military operations, economic turmoil and changes in its social structure. In times of crisis, social innovations aimed at inclusiveness can become the basis for rebuilding society, integrating vulnerable groups and preventing social exclusion. The study of inclusion and transformational social innovations in times of crisis is extremely relevant both in theoretical and practical terms, as it allows us to develop effective approaches to building an inclusive society capable of withstanding crises and ensuring development based on equality and justice.
