Registration Date 31-01-2025 Organization State Institution "Institute of Market and Economic and Ecological Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description1 Development of theoretical and methodological principles of adaptive management of business processes in the context of modern concepts of management and use of possibilities of digital technologies. popup.description2  The most significant new scientific results obtained during the period of implementation of the topic are as follows: - The conceptual principles of the reflexive-infological model of adaptive management of business processes based on a system-activity approach are proposed, which provide for the identification and resolution of problematic issues that contribute to the change in morphology, methods and criteria, as well as relationships and management profiles in the context of digitalization of the economy at the micro- and meso-levels. - The dominants and imperatives of the manifestation of the impact of digitalization on business processes through the components of the reflexive-active environment of entrepreneurship have been identified, namely: the competence potential of reified and living labor; information and communication and institutional components, e-commerce, e-hryvnia, digital platforms based on quantitative and qualitative indicators. - Theoretical and methodological principles of three models for assessing the impact of the dominants of the reflexive-active environment of entrepreneurship in the context of digital transformations on the effectiveness of activities at both the micro and meso levels have been developed, namely: the volume of products (works and services), return on assets, and labor productivity, which are built on the basis of the use of the Cobb-Douglas production function in a modified form. - A methodological toolkit for ensuring adaptive management of business processes in the context of digitalization is proposed, which includes an organizational and economic mechanism for adaptive management, a structural model for assessing the motivation of a processing industry employee to effectively use his or her competency potential, methodological principles for assessing the impact of the external market microenvironment on business processes, and an algorithm for developing a strategic map of their adaptation in accordance.
