Object of research: monitoring of buildings, structures and development areas, organizational and technological solutions for automatic management of organizational and technological processes using construction information models and information obtained by instrumental methods and measuring devices, autonomous or integrated into an automated control system. Objective of the work: analysis of existing monitoring systems, research methods, devices, development of solutions to ensure the preservation and reliability of operation of existing buildings and structures, prevention and elimination of structural defects, as well as control over the implementation of decisions made, increasing the efficiency of monitoring systems in construction. The work considered the general principles of forming monitoring systems, various types of monitoring in the construction of buildings, structures and territories: geotechnical monitoring, monitoring of load-bearing structures of the building, dynamic characteristics of building structures (vibration), monitoring of buildings in the surrounding area. Indirect measurements of non-electrical quantities were considered, existing automation means (converters, sensors) of control, protection, regulation and monitoring. Stationary and mobile devices for automated monitoring systems. New solutions were proposed. Economic efficiency: the proposed monitoring systems allow to significantly reduce costs and minimize risks at the stage of project creation. These systems collect and analyze data about buildings throughout the entire life cycle of buildings, which allows to evaluate all processes for the future.
