The object of the study is patients with sexually transmitted infections. The purpose of the work is to prevent the spread of STIs by developing a method for diagnosing and treating STIs using a syndromic approach in martial law conditions. Research methods are sociological, epidemiological, clinical, bacterioscopic, bacteriological, serological, immunological, statistical. The list of vulnerable groups of the population who are unable to receive proper dermatovenereological care in war conditions has expanded - military personnel, the population in the combat zone, migrants. It has been established that among patients with syphilis, patients with late and unspecified forms prevail - 85.5% of cases. The prevalence of late and unspecified forms confirms the long-term trend in the course of syphilis. Trichomonas infection is dominant in women - 59.5%. In men, trichomonas and chlamydia infections are found in equal numbers in 41% of patients. When prescribing treatment, it is necessary to take into account the presence of opportunistic microflora (17.0% of cases), which increases resistance to antibiotics. Management of patients with STIs is proposed. An algorithm has been developed for each of the syndromes that determines sequential steps in patient management. After the treatment, etiological recovery was established in 77.8% of cases of "urethral discharge" syndrome (86.7% in the comparison group), in 78.2% of cases of vaginal discharge syndrome (95% in the comparison group), and in 100% of cases of "genital ulcers" syndrome (100% in the comparison group). This treatment is inexpensive, simple, and economically justified. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2025-01-31 Close
