To study the issues of the intellectual property rights protection to objects created in the creative industries. To identify the main types of infringements of intellectual property rights to these objects and the causes of such infringements. To analyze the practice of litigation related to infringements of intellectual property rights to objects created by creative industries. To develop the proposals for current intellectual property rights legislation in terms of improving the legal regulation of creative industries, increasing the level of intellectual property rights protection on objects created in the creative industries, improving court procedures. popup.description2  The object of the study is creative industries and relations concerning the creation and use of intellectual property rights. Purpose - to develop the concept of creative industries and their intellectual property rights, to formulate proposals and recommendations for improving the legislation of Ukraine in the field of creative industries and in the field of intellectual property rights protection. Research methods: general scientific and special legal methods of scientific cognition: dialectical, historical and legal, comparative legal, formal legal, general logical methods of analysis and synthesis, modeling method, technical and legal method. Research results: new conceptual scientific conclusions aimed at improving the theoretical knowledge of the creative industries and their intellectual property rights have been formulated; proposals and recommendations for improving the current legislation of Ukraine concerning the activities of the creative industries and the relations arising from the creation and use of intellectual property rights in the activities of the creative industries have been developed. Recommendations for the use of the research results: the results of the research can be used in research, lawmaking, law enforcement activities, in the educational process and in the preparation of teaching materials.
