The work further developed and improved the conceptual provisions of the formation of an innovative socio-economic model of development of Ukraine; the theory of globalization in terms of substantiating the principles, forms and methods of international cooperation to overcome the consequences of wars; organizational and methodological provisions for the development and implementation of a set of projects and measures for the post-war restoration of the economy of Ukraine. The object of the study is the processes of managing the restoration of the economy of Ukraine through the development of the Marshall Plan 2.0 and the implementation of systemic transformations of the socio-economic model of development towards its transformation into an innovative one with clear long-term strategic guidelines for ensuring national security. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological provisions of the development and implementation of the Marshall Plan 2.0 in order to quickly overcome the consequences of the war and form an innovative socio-economic model of Ukraine's development in the context of ensuring national security and implementing European and Euro-Atlantic integration guidelines. The goal is to develop conceptual principles and scientific and practical approaches to the development of the Marshall Plan and assess the conditions for implementing version 2.0 for Ukraine as a comprehensive program for economic recovery and transformation of the socio-economic model in the context of implementing the goals of European and Euro-Atlantic integration and increasing the level of security.
