The purpose of the work is to investigate the influence of the information environment and information technologies on the socio-economic processes of the state as a factor of institutional transformations. Results - packages of educational and methodological materials (lecture notes, methodological instructions for practical and independent classes, visual aids) for professional disciplines have been developed.
