Institutionalization of different generations of workers and the economically inactive population according to the parameters of the health passport according to the scales: 1st level - 0.12%, 2nd level - 20.55%, 3rd level - 28.20%, 4th level - 42.89%, 5th level - 8.24% of people helps to remotely determine optimal age-inclusive approaches to professional and labor rehabilitation of basic digital skills, such as preventing loneliness, improving the quality of life and properly solving everyday tasks, and maintaining maximum functionality and overall working capacity of workers and pensioners of different ages. Analysis of research results revealed the need to master and teach the use of adaptive age-inclusive technologies for acquiring digital skills by adults of all ages throughout their lives who require vocational rehabilitation to master the leading areas of digital skills: digital content creation – 45.91%; security – 35.07; problem solving – 38.26% of respondents of all ages.
