The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for ensuring gas safety of the excavation section 1 of the southern panel of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» when using a reverse-flow ventilation scheme, type 1-M. Research methods are generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematical statistics, calculations using standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining, geological and mining characteristics, schemes and parameters of ventilation of the excavations of the excavation section 1 of the southern panel of block 10 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were analyzed. "Recommendations for ensuring gas safety of the excavation section 1 of the southern panel of block 10 of the d4 layer when using a reverse-flow ventilation scheme, type 1-M" were developed. The use of a reverse flow type 1-M, the ventilation scheme of the excavation section 1 of the south panel of block 10 of the d4 layer, the calculation of the air flow rate required for its ventilation, and the maximum permissible load on the cleaning face according to the gas factor, subject to the implementation of the developed recommendations for ensuring gas safety, have been agreed. As a result of the application of the developed recommendations, the safety of mining operations will be increased, which is of great socio-economic and environmental importance.
