A significant number of cases of defects, and sometimes even destruction of individual structural elements, indicates the urgent need to apply the latest technologies for diagnosing and monitoring buildings and structures. A more in-depth study of the dynamic characteristics of real objects in the design state or with a partially destroyed structure will make it possible to identify existing or acquired risks and will allow answering the question of the possibility of restoration.
