The object of research is the development processes of export-import activities of the entities of the state sector of the economy. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological, scientific-methodological and practical aspects of ensuring the development of export-import activities of industrial enterprises in conditions of limited activity to strengthen the defense capability of the state. The following research methods were applied: abstract-logical method, systems approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, descriptive statistics, pair and multivariate regression analysis, constructing of integral indicators (taxonomic development indicator and structural dynamics indicator), forecasting methods, nonlinear system dynamics method, geometric immersion method. In accordance with the goal and main tasks of the second stage of the study, a technology for evaluating of the development of export-import activities of economic public sector entities in wartime and post-war conditions and a technology for monitoring of the effective of development and using of the export-import potential the state sector of the economy entities in wartime and post-war conditions have been developed. The results of the second stage of the research have scientific and practical value. They are relevant and differ from Ukrainian and the best foreign analogues. Some results have practical value for the needs of defense, security, economy, and society of Ukraine.
