Modern developments in the creation of 3rd generation electrochemical biosensors - biosensors with direct electron transfer were analyzed. The design and synthesis of various combinations of internal and external primers for detecting transgenic soybeans using loop-mediated amplification (LAMP) were performed. The design of electrochromic biosensors and the technology for applying thin films of non-stoichiometric tungsten oxides to their surface were studied. The conditions for conducting LAMP were selected. Laboratory biosensor samples based on electrochromic tungsten trioxide films have been developed. Databases with the sequence of internal and external primers have been created, allowing the detection of the most common transgenic lines of soybean, corn and rapeseed by the loop-mediated amplification method. A prototype of an electrochromic biosensor using thin films of non-stoichiometric tungsten oxides as electrocatalytic materials has been described.
