The subject is information educational technologies development in terms of the electronic record-keeping of educational institutions and EMIS. The purpose is to scientifically and methodologically substantiate information educational technologies development and to develop practical recommendations to deepen education digitalisation. Research results: The analysis of Ukraine's education system digitalisation has shown that significant steps have been taken recently to introduce electronic record keeping, in particular through the AICEM. This system automates the collection, processing and storing of educational data, increasing the transparency of management decisions and reducing bureaucratic burden. The EMIS module pilot in the field of VET confirmed the effectiveness of automated approaches, ensuring fairly efficient data collection and simplified reporting. The development and testing of a register of preschool education institutions demonstrates the prospects for integrating IS to increase management efficiency and improve coordination of educational processes. An assessment of education digitalisation has identified key challenges. The prospects - scaling up successful pilot projects, improving the functionality of the AICEM, integrating with other state registers, and using modern cyber security methods. The author identifies areas for modernisation, i.e. unified interaction protocols, improving user experience, and electronic registers for different levels of education. The research novelty, scientific and practical value is to substantiate the information educational technologies development and practical recommendations to deepen the education digitalisation, in terms of improving the electronic record keeping of educational institutions and modernising EMIS as a tool for improving its efficiency in Ukraine.
