The purpose of the study consists in the development of theoretical-methodological and scientific-practical means of integrating Ukraine into the world market of goods, services, capital, labor, and innovations in conditions of market volatility. Research methods are general scientific methods and principles: theoretical generalization, observation, comparison, system analysis, economic-mathematical and statistical methods of analysis and forecasting, induction and deduction, economic justification of management decisions. Theoretical and practical results: The paper examines key theoretical and practical problems of global economic development, its main trends and resource potential. Considerable attention is paid to the study of globalization processes in the world economy, the justification of measures for the development of foreign investment, the formation of conceptual foundations of the development strategy of Ukraine in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy. Directions for solving modern problems in the international economy are identified.
