The genetic diversity of varieties and breeding lines of Camelina sativa and Brassica carinata has been analyzed using the method of assessing the length of β-tubulin intron polymorphism. Genomic search and analysis of genes of lipid biosynthesis enzymes of B. carinata (DGAT, LPAT, WRI, FAD, FAE, etc.) have been carried out, which were used to develop SSR markers, which are proposed for use in further marker-mediated selection of Brassica carinata. The fatty acid composition of the oil of different forms of Brassica carinata A. Braun from natural flora has been analyzed and a significant percentage of erucic acid (39%) has been noted. The oil content of mustard and rapeseed varieties was determined, which was 42.6% and 44.0%, respectively. A comparative analysis of the characteristics of lipid nanoemulsions from Camelina sativa, Brassica carinata and rapeseed oils was completed and technological aspects of obtaining lipid nanoemulsions from them as drug carriers for transporting active pharmaceutical ingredients based on phospholipids were worked out.
