In particular, it is planned to investigate such low-dimensional systems as DNA macromolecules, synthetic polynucleotides, molecular compounds that can be applied in nanoelectronics, magnetic nanoparticles and nanoshells of complex geometry, lattice nanoparticles, etc. Particular attention will be paid to the search for effective methods of controlling the processes of structure formation at different stages, the study of the effects of curvature and deformation in nonlinear mechanics of low-dimensional systems. popup.description2  The characteristics of confined polyene chains have been determined, and an exact solution to the spectral problem for chiral (2m,m) CNTs has been obtained. The distribution of polyamines around the DNA double helix and their conformational flexibility were analyzed using molecular dynamics simulations. The interaction of BAO dyes with DNA was modeled to explain their higher efficiency. Dislocations and phase transitions in chiral magnets, as well as the effect of curvature on the eigenmodes of magnetic skyrmions, were studied. The vibrations of water molecules and ions near DNA were investigated. Tautomeric mutations and the geometries of hydrogen peroxide molecule complexes with DNA were considered.
