An analysis of the state's innovation policy paradigm has been conducted in the context of globalization changes and post-industrial transformations. The determinants of globalization influencing industrial potential formation have been identified, along with an analysis of the marketing support for implementing its development directions. Economic and mathematical modeling of industrial innovation potential indicators and industrial-technological development of the national economy within globalization trends has been carried out. An essential aspect is the analysis of investment potential as a key direction in shaping industrial potential. The study also includes the definition of conceptual principles and mechanisms for developing human capital in industrial enterprises in the context of economic digitalization. Particular attention is given to the transformational effects of digitalization in ensuring industrial production development under Industry 4.0, 5.0, and sustainable development conditions. A three-sector economic growth model with an endogenous technological progress indicator has been developed, and predictive modeling of economic transformations has been implemented. As a result of the research, scientifically substantiated recommendations have been formulated for the development of an effective industrial policy in the face of modern globalization challenges and other external factors.
