One of the directions of development of the non-contact measurement method is the use of an input node with an antenna sensor in the measuring device. When improving the antenna sensor by using a differential amplifier in it, an increase in the resolution of the measuring system is obtained by 4-5 times. Such a circuit solution allows measuring the difference in signals from two adjacent solar cells and calculating the shunt resistance of individual solar cells in the panel. The purpose of the work is to develop a solar cell parameter meter based on an active antenna. A method for non-contact measurement of electrical parameters of solar cells in a solar panel was developed to increase metrological parameters and characteristics, in particular, the resolution was increased by 4-5 times and the principle possibility of its increase by 100 times was proven by introducing an antenna amplifier with two stages into the measuring path: a differential amplifier and an inverting amplifier. During the conducted research, experimental confirmation of the main direction of improvement of the basic method was obtained, namely the use of an active antenna. Computer modeling of the electrical schematic diagram proved the effectiveness of design solutions in order to improve the existing laboratory sample. The main environment for modeling was the Multisim software simulation package. The results of the study prove the effectiveness of the method and the high efficiency and practical value of the non-contact measurement tools developed on its basis. The prototype of the claimed method is the electrostatic voltmeter method, which is widely used in high-voltage technology.
