In the course of the research, the created mathematical apparatus and software were applied to solving specific classes of artificial intelligence and pattern recognition problems. The effectiveness of the obtained results was assessed. All studies at this stage have no analogues and are being conducted for the first time. The scientific results obtained are new, meet the requirements for developments of this kind in world science, and are accompanied by detailed neuro-fuzzy technologies and techniques. The software developed as a result of the research work for solving pattern recognition and artificial intelligence problems based on the constructed optimal set partitioning algorithms have commercial value and can be used to solve many of the most pressing applied problems. The obtained scientific results are relevant and practically significant for solving urgent problems of increasing the defense capability and ensuring the national security of Ukraine.
