The object of the research is the process of anti-corruption audit of enterprises of critical infrastructure and public importance in the defense capability system of the state. The subject of the research is the theoretical-methodological, scientific-practical and praxeological principles of anti-corruption audit of enterprises of critical infrastructure and public importance in the defense capability system of the state. The scientific results that characterize the scientific novelty of the research are the following: A comprehensive comparative assessment of trends and concepts of global and national anti-corruption audit has been carried out, which allows developing a generalized model of anti-corruption audit in Ukraine, which supports its praxeology. Criteria for assessing the effectiveness of anti-corruption audits of enterprises of critical infrastructure and public importance have been developed: economic, social, security, environmental, image, strategic. The criteria have been divided into separate groups at the micro- and macroeconomic levels. The mechanism for minimizing corruption risks in the public administration system has been improved (in particular, through the implementation of a comprehensive state management mechanism aimed at minimizing corruption risks in the activities of enterprises of critical infrastructure and public importance). Methodological approaches for high-quality and effective anti-corruption audits of enterprises of critical infrastructure and public importance in the system of national security and defense of Ukraine have been developed.
