The subject of the research is social relations related to the peculiarities of the formation and development of the system of guarantees for the observance of socio-economic and environmental human rights in the conditions of the war and post-war transformation. Methods and means of state influence on the economy have been identified, which will have a high stimulating potential for solving the problem of observance and implementation of socio-economic and environmental human rights, with the determination of ways of their most effective application. Ways of stimulating business to socially responsible behavior and respect for human rights in the economic sphere have been determined. The practice of the European Union and international approaches in solving the problem of observance of socio-economic and environmental human rights has been considered with the further substantiation of ways of integrating the best achievements into the national system of guarantees of human rights. The results of the research are summarized in 1 collective monograph, 2 chapters in collections of scientific materials, 19 articles in scientific journals, 23 abstracts in the proceedings of scientific conferences, seminars and round tables.
