The research yielded the following results: development of a doctrinal model of a criminological strategy to ensure road traffic safety and vehicle operation; justification for applying a cultural approach to preventing traffic safety violations in Ukraine; identification of key trends and patterns in the occurrence of traffic safety violations during martial law; formulation of a scientific hypothesis to enhance legal protection of social relations in traffic safety and strengthen the repressive component of state policy; identification of modern progressive road traffic safety standards in the EU under the Vision Zero strategy; systematization of criminological determinants contributing to traffic safety violations in Ukraine; proposal for a modern proactive-preventive model for addressing unlawful acts in road traffic safety, aligning with the advanced standards of Western countries.
