The subject of the research is the formation of economic and legal methods for ensuring the openness of the city. Proposals have been developed to improve the regulatory framework that regulates the implementation of openness of the city, including the transparency of the city management process, the accessibility of city services and the inclusiveness of the urban space. Methodological provisions have been prepared on the use of economic and legal means aimed at ensuring compliance with the principles of openness of the city. The results of the research are summarized in 1 collective monograph, 6 chapters in collections of scientific materials, 58 articles in scientific journals, 89 abstracts in the proceedings of scientific conferences, seminars and round tables.
