New methods of laboratory and technological assessment of damage of rolled metal at different scales are also proposed. Fractodiagnostics of fracture surfaces based on image analysis using convolutional neural networks provided quantitative analysis of fracture morphology and additional information for a deeper description of deformation and fracture at the micro-, meso- and macro-levels. High accuracy and high informativeness of the proposed approach are proven.
