This initiative is aimed at developing a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship at the university, which will contribute to economic growth and technological progress in Vinnytsia region and beyond popup.description2  A project and a working version of the training program have been developed. The proposals are collected and thelong-term experience of Startup Schools functioning in Ukraine and in the world is analyzed. The structure of the program and proposals from teachers and mentors have been developed. The focus of the program on modern trends in learning using game methods (gamification of learning), artificial intelligence and machine learning is out lined. Specialsections of the program will be devoted to project management and organization of business processes in startups. The innovative potential of VNTU is analyzed. Reports from departments and divisionsare collected, materials are prepared in the main areas: information technologies, waste processing and environmental tasks, "green energy," military and special applications (drones and robots, electronic intelligence), biomedicine. The project of the training and consulting center using the planned computer and multimedia equipment wasd eveloped. In full, the program will be presented and completed at the second stage of the project. An estimate and a work plan have been made, the financing of which is outside the scope of this project and will be carried out at the expense of VNTU and sponsors of the Startup School.
