Key research findings and their novelty. The study substantiates the need to transform classical approaches to social responsibility by expanding stakeholders’ role in innovation implementation. It develops a conceptual model and organizational-economic mechanism for the stakeholders’ inclusive social responsibility of an innovation process, integrating the sustainable development goals, the inclusiveness principles and security-oriented management at the macro, meso, and micro levels. It proposes a methodology for assessing businesses’ ISR development and a toolkit for integrating its goals into corporate strategies. The study determines the state, dominants, and conditions for further development of inclusive social responsibility and innovation activity in Ukraine. It substantiates the enterprise institute’s qualitative transformation and its acquisition of a provider-activator function in ensuring sustainable development and strengthening national security. It designs an instrumental provision of inducing and limiting influences on creating socially responsible, innovative entrepreneurship of sustainable development. It determines the content and characteristics of the method of harmonizing the interests of the innovation process subjects and presents its mathematical model. It establishes a list of procedures and public policy measures aimed at bridging the gap between innovations and stakeholders’ social responsibility in the innovation process. As a result of the scientific work, 39 publications have been published in Scopus and/or Web of Science Core Collection indexed journals, 13 articles in Ukraine’s professional journals, 12 international conference abstracts, 12 monographs (or sections).
