Research objects - nitrogen-fixing bacteria Azotobacter vinelandii IMV B-7076, wheat and buckwheat plants, root exudates. The purpose of this stage of the project was to study the features of the influence of bacteria Azotobacter vinelandii IMV B-7076 - a component of the drug Azogran, on the synthesis of exometabolites by wheat and buckwheat plants. During the project, the conditions for sterilization of wheat seeds of the Shestopalivka variety and buckwheat of the Syn 2/03 variety were optimized. The conditions for hydroponic cultivation of these plants for 14 days were worked out. It was established that when growing wheat in 1.5 l jars on stainless steel meshes, the average weight of plants increased significantly when using A. vinelandii IMV B-7076 at a dose of 105, 106, and 107. The content of biologically active substances in root exudates depends on the number of A. vinelandii in the medium and the conditions of plant cultivation. When growing wheat plants in a Phareus medium containing 105 bacterial cells, the content of phenolic compounds was significantly higher than when growing in a Knopp medium and reached the highest values at a content of 107 azotobacter cells in 1 ml. When growing plants in a medium containing A. vinelandii IMB B-7076 bacteria, the content of protein and carbohydrates in their root exudates increased significantly. Among the latter, glucose, galactose and mannose were determined in the highest concentrations. A. vinelandii IMB B-7076 bacteria stimulated the accumulation of gibberellins in root exudates.
