An improved method of coproscopy in sheep trichuriasis has been tested and proposed (scientific and technical documentation for the method has been compiled and an application for a patent for a utility model has been filed), which has a sufficiently high specific properties, has expressed coagulation properties with respect to undigested feed residues and has a slow crystallization period during research. The therapeutic efficiency of modern microfilaricides and insecticides: Stronghold and Advocate, as well as adulticidal therapy drugs Immiticide and Doxicill has been studied with various schemes of their use in dogs infested with D. immitis, taking into account microfilaremia indices. The influence of abiotic factors, namely temperature, on the embryonic development of the nematode Trichuris skrjabini parasitizing sheep, as well as Passalurus ambiguus parasitizing domestic rabbits, was determined in laboratory conditions. It was proven that the duration of each stage of development, the degree of egg survival and the number of invasive forms of eggs depend on temperature.
