Technological welding modes have been proposed that will provide structural conditions for obtaining high operational characteristics of welded joints. Mathematical models have been developed and computer simulations of the temperature, stress-strain and structural-phase state of heat-resistant titanium and magnesium MA2-1 alloys were carried out. The obtained data will allow optimizing welding parameters and heat treatment modes to improve the mechanical properties of welded joints. Computer methods of fractal analysis have been developed and applied to parameterize the metal structure of welds of HSLA steels. The feasibility of using fractal parameters for assessing the branching of the boundaries of structural components, viscosity analysis and multifractal analysis has been established.
