The document presents an analysis of foreign platforms for holding conferences and domestic databases related to academic events and systems. A methodology for importing data from third-party information systems to the Platform has been developed, which includes integrating systems or loading data on academic events from existing databases. In accordance with the developed methodology, information on international and all-Ukrainian conferences for 2024 (over 1,300 events) published on the IMZO website was processed. Data processing was carried out in order to structure and prepare academic events for loading into the Platform. Structuring was carried out according to the following categories: conference name, conference level, conference number, conference organizer, responsible person, city of the event, address of the event, date of the event, number of participants, contacts, co-organizers. The technical report, which contains the program code, presents recommendations for integrating data from information sources and filling the Academic Events Platform using permanent identifiers. The analytical note on expanding the functionality of the modules of the scientific and information platform of open information on academic events analyzes in detail the stages of As-is processes (current state of the system) and develops a structure of future To-be business processes. The document defines user roles and the structure of cabinets for effective data management and interaction with the platform. The study identified opportunities for improving the Platform by automating key processes. Recommendations have been developed for the algorithm for the procedure for state registration of academic events.
