Experiments were conducted in 5 livestock farms in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi and Volyn regions. A study was conducted on the effect of bacteriophages when adding their preparation to cow milk: milk from cows with mastitis, pooled milk, pasteurized milk. The action of bacteriophages reduced the number of microorganisms and their species composition in pooled milk. Monitoring of antibiotic resistance of microorganisms isolated from biomaterials from pigs, domestic animals, poultry, milk, raw materials of animal origin and products from it in Zaporizhia region was conducted. At the same time, isolates of pathogenic bacteria were isolated - Escherichia, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Listeria.
