Scientific and technical products are characterized by modern, economically justified biotechnological approaches to the development, manufacture and construction new diagnostic test system, the selection and construction of specific primers, the development of reaction modes, validation according to the criteria of specificity, sensitivity and reproducibility. The proposed diagnostic test system for the detection RNA of RHDV1 (GI.1) and RHDV2 (GI.2) types with RT-LAMP will allow to simplify and speed up the diagnosis of the disease in "field" conditions (rabbit farms), that is, directly in the center of the outbreak of infection, which will make it possible to more effectively implement measures to respond to the outbreak, its elimination at the beginning of the epizootic, and prevent the further spread of the disease. The application of the developed test system will allow to significantly reduce the financial costs of the owners of rabbit farms for the diagnosis of RHD due to the elimination of costs for transporting the selected biological material to the laboratory and for conducting high-cost diagnostics by the PCR-RT.
