An assessment of patient safety culture in domestic hospital facilities was conducted, and a comparative analysis of safety culture in hospitals across various countries and enterprises in other industries was performed. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of patient safety culture in hospital facilities in Ukraine and the United States was carried out in the context of creating a safe hospital environment. An algorithm for applying safety culture assessment methodology was developed to identify the most professionally significant qualities of patient safety specialists, and professional groups of physicians who could serve as patient safety specialists were identified. A scientifically validated methodology for accelerated safety culture assessment in domestic healthcare facilities was developed, and an algorithm for its effective practical application was proposed. Methodological recommendations for the accelerated assessment of safety culture level in healthcare institutions based on the method of analysis of hierarchies have been developed, published, and implemented.
