Non-contact methods for measuring technological parameters of tissues were developed, in which the amplitude and phase parameters of the ultrasonic plane wave incident on the tissue and the wave after passing through the controlled material are used when changing its amplitude depending on the ratio of the acoustic resistances of the tissue materials and the environment. Amplitude methods for measuring technological parameters (surface density, porosity, bulk density, and tension of the tissue material) were developed, in which the ratio of the amplitude of the wave reflected from the controlled material to the amplitude of the wave incident on its surface can be represented by the modulus of the complex reflection coefficient of ultrasonic waves for this case.
