This work will use the methods of scanning electron microscopy with local analysis of chemical composition, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray structural analysis, photon-correlation spectroscopy, atomic adsorption analysis. popup.description2  The aim of the work is to study the synthesis and conditions for regulating the dimensional characteristics and phase composition of nanostructured components (nanoparticles, crystallites), as well as the phase composition of composite nanoparticles of titanium, copper, iron, synthesized in a porous salt matrix by electron beam technology, with the aim of obtaining nanostructured substances for medicine, and additional modification of medical preparations with active nanoparticles and achieving a synergistic effect in increasing the functional characteristics of finished medicines. The objects of the study were condensates with nanoparticles of titanium, silver, iron and their oxides synthesized by electron beam physical deposition (EB PVD) in a porous sodium chloride matrix. As a result of the project, the synthesis modes of nanoparticles (titanium, copper, iron) were optimized and new active substances were created for modifying finished medical preparations in order to improve their medical and biological characteristics. The results of the work will be recommended for use in research and medical institutions of the Academies of Sciences of Ukraine and enterprises of the Ministry of Health. Conclusion: As a result of the research, metal nanoparticles with predetermined size parameters were synthesized, active substances were created, and their antibacterial and antitumor properties were tested on living organisms (rats).
