The purpose of the work is to develop methods that include electron beam and powder technologies for obtaining complex alloyed heat-resistant alloys based on NiCoCrAlY alloys for the deposition of protective coatings of increased resistance. Research methods - optical and electronic scanning microscopy, methods of X-ray structural, chemical analytical, mass spectroscopic and other types of analysis. The scientific basis of the technology has been developed, which includes a technological scheme for refining heat-resistant alloys NiCrAlSi and CoCrAlSi by electron beam remelting and obtaining powder with minimal oxidation of chromium, aluminum and yttrium, which, unlike traditional production schemes, allows solving the problem of effective processing of waste heat-resistant alloys CoCrAlY at Ukrainian enterprises producing gas turbine engines and gas turbine plants, and obtaining coatings with increased heat-resistant properties.
