The spectrum of biodegradation activity of rhodococci strains in relation to these pharmaceutical pollutants, their minimum inhibitory concentrations in relation to rhodococci strains, the effect of cosubstrates on the assimilation of pharmaceutical pollutants by rhodococci were determined, the main initial intermediate products of paracetamol biodegradation were discovered and a scheme for its biodegradation was proposed.
