The object of the work is the processes of creating technologies for growing agro-biomass with high energy performance, resource-saving equipment for processing it into biofuels, and diagnosing heat and power generation in agricultural enterprises to ensure energy autonomy. Research methods include gas-liquid chromatography, dynamic and mathematical modeling, and field experiments. A model of a modern adaptive technology for growing key bioenergy crops with high biofuel yield rates has been developed. A design for a vibrating threshing machine has been proposed, which can be used for preparing cereal oilseeds for processing into biodiesel. An intelligent diesel engine feeding system with a filter-mixer has also been developed, which allows for the dosing of diesel and biodiesel in the correct proportions according to load and speed conditions. A generalized hardware structure for an automated system for monitoring the technical condition and diagnostics of rotating electrical machines has been developed. A modular system for expanding measurement channels has been proposed, which will simplify the procedure for adapting the system to the specific equipment conditions. The results obtained have significant economic value for forming the environmental and energy security of the country, ensuring the energy autonomy of the agricultural sector, and eco-efficient use of agro-biomass for biofuel production.
