The study is conducted in the context of Ukraine’s integration into the global system of defense research, considering modern security challenges. The aim of the research is to scientifically and practically justify methods and tools for implementing advanced global scientific achievements into Ukraine’s military sector through international scientific and technical cooperation. The study examines regulatory aspects, organizational structures, and technological platforms for knowledge exchange that contribute to strengthening the country’s defense capabilities. The research applies comparative analysis, content analysis, system-based approaches, and empirical studies. Key barriers and challenges in integrating Ukraine’s scientific and technical potential into the global research space have been identified. Recommendations for improving regulatory frameworks and organizational mechanisms have been developed to enhance effective engagement with international partners in military science cooperation. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive analysis of existing mechanisms for implementing international cooperation in military science and the development of new interaction models. The practical significance of the study is in its potential application to enhance the effectiveness of military research, develop international cooperation strategies, and introduce advanced technologies into the defense sector.
