Synthesis gas must be cleaned of solid impurities and cooled before being fed into the gas engine to meet the requirements of gas engine operation. Hot synthesis gas will be cleaned of coarse dust in a cyclone designed for a gas flow rate of up to 40 nm3/h. The purified gas will then enter a gas-water heat exchanger for cooling to a temperature of 100-110°C. After the heat exchanger, according to the technological scheme, a fabric filter is located, in which fine dust is captured on the sleeves until the initial tau concentration is below 20 mg/nm3. Air blowing systems, a smoke exhauster with a vacuum of 5000 Pa, regulators, measuring devices, thermocouples and other auxiliary equipment were also attached to the technological scheme.
