A key achievement was the development of a system for the vertical and horizontal transfer of energy innovations, including the formalization of relationships between factors affecting their creation, transmission, and dissemination. Strategic targets and tactical indicators were formulated to assess the effectiveness of energy innovation transfer within green innovation chains. In particular, the KTT-GSCM model for the transfer of green energy innovations was developed, along with scenarios for their dissemination in the context of economic decarbonization. A significant result also includes the formulation of scientific and methodological approaches to activating the innovation transfer process, as well as a correlation-regression analysis between digitalization and decarbonization.
