The global experience has been analyzed, and key factors contributing to or hindering market innovation implementation have been identified. Researchers developed a model of interaction between scientists, businesses, and consumers using modern analysis methods, which helps overcome typical problems: the disconnection of developers from market needs, difficulties in intellectual property protection, and failure to consider consumer wishes. Special attention is given to the relationship between education, intellectual capital, and digital technologies in the innovation implementation process. The study explores how university and business collaboration impacts startup success and determines the optimal level of such interaction. Methodological approaches have been developed to identify gaps and critical points of business and education collaboration in R&D for innovation transfer. A mechanism for protecting intellectual capital during innovation commercialization is proposed. A scientific and methodological approach to managing the communication interaction of stakeholders in the innovation commercialization chain and forming an innovation commercialization model based on overcoming "bottlenecks" is suggested. A three-pole barycentric economic-mathematical model (triangle centroid) has been developed to assess the optimal ratio of three essential components of the innovation commercialization process: communication, marketing, and intellectual capital. An integrated management system for innovation commercialization processes is proposed based on the trinity of key components: communication, marketing, and intellectual capital. Based on the results, a step-by-step roadmap for innovation implementation has been created, and practical recommendations for improving the process, considering potential risks, have been developed.
