The coating is functionalized, created by the method of electrolytic synthesis from aqueous substances and low-temperature natural substances, and itself: coating with nickel from electrolyte - choline chloride and lactic acid. Regularities have been established for the design of functional-kerated (selective-reactive and polyfunctional) metal, metal oxide and composite nanosystems. Recommendations are given for the formation of the required ceramic selective-reactive and multifunctional materials/critts. New technical solutions have been developed, as a result of which 2 applications have been submitted to revoke Ukraine’s security documents on the subject of intellectual property rights.
