The phase diagrams were calculated depending on the temperature, film thickness, partial pressure of oxygen and mismatch deformations. The mechanisms that can lead to stationary or transient negative capacitance in the ensemble of ferroelectric nanoparticles covered with a layer of ions and electrons, and in ferroelectric films stabilized by a dielectric layer, were investigated. Analytical expressions were obtained and numerical calculations were performed for the electric polarization and capacitance using the example of a field-effect transistor heterostructure. The attosecond dynamics of electron transmission through atomically thin crystalline films was investigated. The photoelectron escape time from the W(110) surface was calculated in a wide energy range. It is established for the first time that the Wigner time delay diverges in scattering resonances caused by the appearance of secondary diffracted beams.
