Considerable attention will also be paid to the selection and synthesis of sorption materials with specified functional groups, including with magnetic properties, for extraction and concentration of ecotoxicants from aqueous media by magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE). popup.description2 The objects of research are ecotoxicants of organic and inorganic nature; methods of their determination at the MPC level and below and their concentration from aquatic environments.The purpose of the work was to find and develop analytical systems with a comprehensive approach to the assessment of the quality of aquatic environments using pre-concentration, including by solid-phase extraction, regarding the content of microcomponents (ecotoxicants of organic and inorganic nature) with increased selectivity, sensitivity and rapidity of their determination.For the photometric determination of anionic surfactants by the method of magnetic solid-phase extraction on magnetite nanoparticles, ionic associates of cationic dyes from anionic surfactants were studied as analytical forms of anionic surfactants. Sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate was used as anionic surfactant.The patterns of dispersed-phase distribution of organic ecotoxicants, namely: organochlorine pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in natural water systems, were analyzed in detail.Considerable attention in the work is directed to the development of a simple and sensitive method for the determination of bromides in aqueous solutions by preliminary concentration on anions.
