The main focus is on building intelligent systems that ensure efficient resource management, process automation, and strategic decision-making based on large volumes of data. The first section examines cognitive measurements in intelligent monitoring systems for infrastructure objects, as well as the mathematical modeling of sensor nodes for data collection and analysis. The second section is dedicated to developing software for the optimal design of dynamic processes and systems, implementing dynamic programming algorithms for the automation of production processes and enterprise management. Special attention is given to developing mathematical models for optimizing production processes, considering system stability parameters and economic feasibility. New methodologies for calculating enterprise parameters are proposed, based on the integration of modern mathematical approaches and software tools. In this context, a computer program called "SINTEZ" has been created and tested, allowing for the calculation of optimal production parameters and enabling the simulation of various enterprise operation scenarios. The research also includes an analysis of modern technologies, particularly the use of Apache NiFi, MQTT Mosquitto, InfluxDB, and Grafana for building data collection, transformation, storage, and visualization systems. The advantages of these technologies are identified, such as open-source availability, scalability, low data transmission latency, flexible configuration, and integration capabilities with other services. The research project has significant practical value.
