INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR EVACUATION DURATION CALCULATION, INTELLIGENT EVACUATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, RISK MANAGEMENT, FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT, MODELING OF THE TIME OF BLOCKING EVACUATION PATHS. The study of transport infrastructure facilities was conducted using the example of Lviv International Airport. Accordingly, the key factors influencing the success of the implementation of BE IO projects were analyzed, as a result of which it was established that the optimization of safety projects should be carried out according to the time criterion. Also considered are the methodological principles for managing BE IO projects based on the use of the critical path method, where the optimization synthesis of the evacuation route of people is presented as a topological diagram of the technological line, and the evacuation route itself is divided into separate parts. Using the probabilistic method and optimization synthesis of flexible technological lines, topological models of managing flows of people and time during evacuation from Lviv airport were developed. Using the improved method of optimizing the TLPE of people, the efficiency of managing safe evacuation of people is increased, which does not exceed 8 minutes. To determine the level of fire safety at cultural and mass infrastructure facilities, studies were built on the example of the Lviv State Palace of Aesthetic Education of Youth. As a result of the calculations, it was established that the individual fire risk in the Lviv State Palace of Aesthetic Education of Student Youth exceeds the permissible value and is R1 = 9.310–5, therefore there is a need to develop additional fire prevention measures.
