It is important to provide correspondence between taxonomic structure of the group under investigation and the type if its evolution. Taxonomic revisions of the model groups of flora and fauna, in particular free-living soil nematodes of the orders Mononchida та Dorylaimida (Enoplia), microarthropods of the subfamily Acerentomidae (Protura), Paleogenic and recent insects of the family Vietnamellidae (Ephemeroptera), were conducted. New Ephemeroptera taxa were described. Taxonomic revision and nomenclature validation of the names of endemic vascular plants of the flora of the Ukrainian Carpathians were carried out. The taxonomic and phenetic diversity of the anthropochoric component of the regional malacocomplexes of western Ukraine was described. During the study of the taxonomic structure and phylogenetic relationships of model groups of fauna and flora integrative analysis of morphological and genetic structure of organisms and methods of cladistic, genophyletic, quantitative, statistic and system analysis were used.
